Client: Bibble and Sip, an Asian inspired cafe known for cream puffs and artistic pastries.

Brief: Choose a few of the bakery’s best selling products to illustrate for new business card designs, also for use as stickers and on pastry boxes.

Process: I wanted to create something different from the style of illustrations Bibble and Sip have already used in their branding. I decided to go the realism route, but kept the illustrations colorful and stylized by utilizing oil paint texture brushes in Procreate. I chose a very simple format for the business cards to highlight the illustrations and essential info. By using heavily textured brushes yet keeping the illustrations simple, I ensured that they would look good in small format on the cards as well as showing off more detail in larger format on the boxes.
